HCCS strives to keep tuition affordable. Every number is stated plainly below. No surprises, no hidden fees.

- Enrollment fee

- Annual, due on acceptance. Continuous enrollment renews each January 1.

- Non-refundable, due when you submit your application.

- Applied to tuition for every enrolled sibling.
- Pay in full by August 1

- One payment.
Payment
Tuition is due in full at the start of the year, regardless of withdrawal. An optional 10-month installment plan is available with a one-time 2% finance premium: payments due the 1st of each month from August, a 15-day grace period, and a $25 late fee after the 15th.
Renewal
Continuous enrollment renews automatically each January 1. Withdrawal forms are due by March 1, and enrollment fees are due April 1. A $150 re-enrollment fee applies if enrollment lapses.
