The admission process

1. 01

   Schedule a Tour

   Take a tour of our classrooms to discover our teaching methods and campus life. We encourage you to visit before deciding if HCCS is right for your family.

2. 02

   Application

   Applications are accepted all year and are submitted online. Enrollment is open for the start of the school year and under strict circumstances, at the beginning of the second semester.

3. 03

   Submit Documents

   Your application must be submitted with 3 letters of recommendation and a school transcript, or equivalent, for each student. Letters may come from a pastor or minister, church members, prior school administrators, teachers or coaches, or friends and family. Diagnostic testing will not be scheduled until your application, and all required forms are submitted.

4. 04

   Diagnostic Testing

   Once your application and forms have been submitted, we will reach out to schedule your student(s) diagnostic testing.

5. 05

   Academic Review

   Once your diagnostic testing is complete, our admissions team will carefully review the results and student application. Following the review, you will receive an email to schedule an Admissions Meeting.

6. 06

   Meet the Principals

   A meeting between parents/legal guardians, your student(s), and our Principals to confirm that HCCS is the right fit for your family.

7. 07

   Email Acceptance

   After the Admissions meeting, an acceptance email is sent to your family with more information.
