HCCS already offers the lowest private school tuition in the corridor - and financial aid can help bring it closer still.

HCCS uses a neutral, independent organization to process applications. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment evaluates each application based on financial need and makes recommendations from that information. Each year, we have been blessed to award each student that has applied.

For families who qualify, we offer three different scholarships. The ACE Scholarship is an independent scholarship awarded to partnering private schools like HCCS; those funds are held independently and awarded on financial need, first come first served. If you are not awarded an ACE Scholarship, HCCS then awards funds from our own scholarships as they are available.

How to apply

To be considered for financial aid or tuition assistance, you must complete an application.

Dates to remember

Applications open each February. For the 2026-2027 school year:

Apply for financial aid: February 2, 2026
Application deadline: April 15, 2026
Scholarship award notifications: June 15, 2026
